- MC Mouseketears ONLY OFFERS STORE CREDIT FOR RETURNS. We do not refund back to your original method of payment. Please feel free to contact us directly regarding sizes or styling as we are more than happy to assist you with any questions.
- Items can be returned within 14 days from the date your items are delivered or picked up. Items must be in original condition within 14 days to receive an exchange or store credit.
- Email us at mcmouseketears@gmail.com to request a return.
- Please note, returns may take 2-5 business days to process from the date of arrival. Please safely pack and seal returned items. MC Mouseketears does not provide shipping labels for returns.
